Overlooking the calm canals of Coral Gables, this residence was designed for longtime clients we've partnered with across multiple homes in Caracas, Panama, and Aruba. The architectural layout was already defined, but we were brought in to reimagine the interiors and bring cohesion, warmth, and personality to the space.
One of the key transformations was replacing the traditional formal living room with a relaxed lounge—a shift we encouraged and the clients embraced. It’s now one of the most used spaces in the home.
Several custom pieces were designed specifically for the generous proportions of the rooms, creating a sense of visual balance and comfort. The result is a home that feels both modern and enduring, elevated yet completely livable.
