Located near the iconic Puerta de Alcalá, this apartment occupies an entire floor of a late 19th-century building. The original architecture provided a stunning framework—but the layout no longer served the client’s needs. We reconfigured the floor plan to create spacious bathrooms and dressing areas, seamlessly blending historic charm with modern comfort.
Architectural details were carefully restored, while the interiors were stripped back and refined to provide a clean backdrop for the client’s impressive art collection. The result is a home that feels timeless, luminous, and deeply personal.
